Mike was very responsive to our initial contact and made an appointment that worked for us. After the initial treatment I would receive an email with very little notice with a scheduled return visit. Rescheduling to a time that worked for us was a huge challenge due to repeated communication failures. I ended my ongoing service due to high frustration with the scheduling process. 1 year later I attempted to schedule a one-time service and once again I received a quick response and Mike offered a date that worked for me, then dropped the ball yet again on confirming the appointment and showing up. I am now on the hunt for a service that can provide flexibility on appointments and follow through on scheduling.

Mike was out to our home in March for an inspection, treatment and we were planning on using him for continued treatment to control asian beetles and boxelder bugs. After the first initial treatment, he was to return in April for second treatment - after that, it would be every other month. Well, April has come and gone, May is almost over and we have not heard a thing from Mike. He was very prompt with the iniital contact, however, after that, I cannot recommend using this company.

Mike is our service tech and he is amazing! He is always very courteous he always gives us a call a few days prior to our service day. When he arrives he is always very professional and does a thorough job. He is willing to answer any and all our questions. We have had only one time that we have needed to call him back to do an additional service (it was very early after we began service) and that was in the fall when the asian beetles were in full force, Mike came the very next day and took care of the bugs with a smile on his face and an apology for us having an issue. We have not had any issues in the year or so after. I am extremely happy with Family Pest Control. You couldn't make a better choice for your Pest Control provider.

GREAT!!! He checked all the spots bugs get in and made sure there was a barrier spray in place. He explained what he was spaying, where it needed to go and all the safety information about the product. He took time and let me know that if I saw bugs before my 2 months were up, to call and he would come back free of charge, but assured me, I would NOT have any bugs!!

Michael is prompt, professional and friendly. He has extensive knowledge in his field.

Very well. Mindful of children in the house and where they might come in contact with chemicals. Used a milder chemical in those areas.
