We had them call a neighboring town and set up sales appointments for us for two days each month. This is the third month working with them, and it has been a terrible disappointment. I understand this is a high turnover industry, but that is no excuse for the utter lack of ethics. How it works is, this company measures success by the number of appointments they get. The result is, they schedule appointments whether they are valid or not. They had multiple people calling, each with their own calendar to schedule appointments, which resulted in a few double bookings. When we would request at least one of them to be rescheduled, they would claim it was a clerical error and change the time/date on OUR calendar only. The appointment time was never rescheduled with the other party. The result was us showing up for meetings at the wrong time, the wrong day, or going to meetings with people who did not know we were going to be there. Save yourself the embarrassment and DO NOT WORK WITH NUAGE.
