Benders Lawn Care

They only came twice. They didn't cut the side of the house, they didn't bag the back yard even after we ask them to and they agreed. After a 3 week absence I called and left a message asking what was wrong but they never responded back. We never heard from them again. The first year we used them everything was great, they said they hired new people this year. we ended up having to go to someone else.

We were in the process of selling our house and needed to be out of town for a month. Because the house was on the market we wanted the yard to look well kept. They took the job on just a week notice to do lawn care. It involved a couple of times mowing the lawn and once a week clearing off a lot of leaves. They did a good job, did what we needed in a pinch, the price was in the range of other lawn care companies and we were very satisfied. We got an offer on our house contingent on replacing Orangeburg sewer pipe. The digging messed up our front yard but we had to make it look "returned to original state". Bender again helped out in a pinch and picked up some straw rolls and laid them out over the damaged area -- it looked as good as could be expected. Again, they had come through for us. This is a great company. Good prices, good service and willing to go the extra mile. We did sell our house!

They charge $25/mow. This price was at least half of what all the other quotes I received. Sometimes their cleanup is not very good, they leave alot of grass clippings behind.
