Description of Work: I had messy sparrows' nests in multiple places under the eaves of my home; Critter Control came in and removed old anti-bird wire and installed lightweight metal brackets to keep birds from nesting on decorative beams. The price was a bit high and it took them several days to complete (in part due to bad weather), but I'm very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend to others.

Description of Work: We had squirrels in our attic and they got them out humanely. It took three calls to get someone on the line, although they did come when they said they would. It seemed pretty expensive for the amount of time and supplies it took, but, the job got done and this is new territory for us. To clean out the old insulation and squirrel mess and re-insulate our 926 square foot attic we were quoted an additional $3000.

Description of Work: I had a raccoon problem in my attic. Critter Control handled the problem knowledgably - we caught the culprit the first night. Critter Control followed up for two weeks to be sure, and then closed up the hole that was allowing the raccoons in. Excellent service.

Description of Work: I had a hole at the top of my porch that I presumed squirrels had made, so I called to have them removed and the hole repaired. Owner came out the same day, checked and said the squirrels were no longer using the hole, and gave the hole a temporary fix. He came out again and fixed it permanently, much cheaper than a price I had been quoted by a construction company. Ben, the owner, was friendly and appeared to know what he was talking about. I would use him again.

 + -1 moreArrived when scheduled, performed thorough inspection outside and in attic, wrote up detailed estimate, performed all work: removed bird nest materials from two exhaust vents and installed bird guards on those and the dryer vent; closed up 3 holes in the soffit that birds could get in, and sealed six roof to soffit gaps to bat-proof. Technician Sam had all his own tools and ladders; he did run to hardware store for some exclusion materials, but other than that worked until everything was complete, even though evening was approaching. When my husband asked, he agreed to tape up the ripped exhaust vent hoses so the bathroom exhaust fans would work until we could get them replaced later.

 + 0 moreI would use them again, but maybe get several bids before I do. I think it could of been done cheaper, but I had the peace of mind that it was done right. They guarentee their work for a year.
Description of Work: They covered and sealed seams, crevices and 3 holes in the eaves to prevent animals from coming in the house. They used a live trap and covered the biggest hole with a metal sheet and then painted. They used caulk all around the eaves of our house to seal. This is prevent anything leakage of heat from the house. Animals can feel the heat in winter and try to get in. That is what happened when a squirrel made a hole and got into our bedroom wall this winter. They were professional and competent, but pricey. They visited are house several times to try to catch the critter, but then rigged a live trap and then started the job that took them 2 separate days to finish.

 + 0 moreHe didn't charge us anything for the inspection. They came out on the same day, just before Christmas. He was there before the appointed time.
Description of Work: I was hearing some animal-like noises in the ceiling. They came out to check it out. He said that it sounded like a bat or a squirrel. He checked the outside of the house and crawled up on the roof to find any holes. He didn't think it was necessary to remove the bat, so we let the situation be.
