Was suppose to unclog a drain, it clogged back up the the next day. Called them back to unclog, they showed up on ran a auger down the drain for a second time (they said the problem was different that from the previous day). Called them back to unclog and use a camera to discover the cause after it had clogged again after they had been out 4 days earlier. The camera didn't work, so I asked him to run a jetter down the drain line. They showed back up made a mess and left . The drain re-clogged 20-30 min's later. I unclogged the drain with a plunger. They still charged. Said it was due to the type of toilet paper we use. No discount for not completing the job.. Just wanted a camera to see what the actual problem was/is. Will not use again..
