Dish Network

We were Dish's customers for almost ten years in Texas. We could not be that because of the weather up here. I was about to cancel but they said, no it is going to work out. They could not let me go. I did the all package with them. The guy who came just did a telephone and the internet but not TV. We asked the guy to cancel but we were charged $400 for that. We were about a week again of waiting for a manager without phone, internet or TV. We had seven months to be clean up. I am telling you, we still get things on the mail. Overall our experience with Dish, we will give them a F. The price was also higher.

After six years of using them we changed to another provider. They were okay but sometimes we could not get what we needed out of them. We had to exactly say what we needed and I am not a technical guy so they did not know what I was asking for. Before we shifted we asked if there was anything we could do and they denied us and the minute I said I wanted to discontinue the service then we were offered all of these great offers that they would not offer me earlier and it was already too late. Probably we will not use them in the future.
