The provider was to advise me what they needed to do on the job. Didn't hear from them. When called to see what the situation was... They had replaced a toilet with the ok of the tenant and didn't ask if this was what I wanted done or even tell me they did it. The tenant paid for the replacement so they didn't feel the need to let me know.... They did other jobs for us and we didn't feel that they seemed very competent and didn't really know what they were doing.

I noticed that on the first summer that it didn't seem to be cooling as well I was told that it had been hot and humid out and that it had to work harder well the second summer it frosted up so I called they came out and said it was low on free on so they put some in. 2 month later it frosted over again they came out and put more in it and told me that they would be back in the fall when they were not so busy to find the leak and fix it they never showed up or called. I called them the begining of this summer and they said they would be out as soon as they could I had to call again and they promised me that on saturday they would come out and fix it once and for all I received a call on saturday that they couldn't come out until monday they did show up on monday I was told they had to go get a part and would be back to fix it when they finally did come out on tuesday it was empty of free on they did work on it but in three days later I called and asked if the pipes that go into the furnace that come from the Ac unit is suppose to be hissing they said that they would come out and check it I turned it off at that time but a week later went by and it was hot out so I turned it on and no cold air came out I new then I was out of free on again I called and was told that they were so busy that they didn't know when they would get to me I told them that I would be on there list if they had fixed it right the first time when they came out. it has been two more weeks since I called and I found out that they were in town today and called to see if they were going to fix it today they didn't know I told them I have been patient with them but that has run out that if they weren't here today I would call someone that would fix it and fix it right and send them the bill and if they didn't pay it I would see them in court. I also told them that everytime they touched my ac that the time was shorter and shorter that it worked and the longer it took them to come fix. If they can't do better work than what I have seen they need to find a new line of work yes they were reasonable in price but the head aches and crap that they have caused is not worth it. Do not call these guys they don't live up to the promises they have made they are not worth the money you pay them. It is there work that is leaking not some one else's because this house didn't have central air before so everything they put in new. I don't feel that a central air unit should have that many service calls in less then three years. they put it in it was there work they should fix it and fix it right. But getting them to do that has been a fight for a year and a half now they is no call for that.
