+ 1 moreSam never put this railing on. When he started he was always thinking ahead. He stayed busy the whole time. Very meticulous. Sam made sure everything was spaced accordingly. I would definitely hire him again. By the way my fencing around my patio looks great.

+ -1 moreSam responded promptly to my text messages, showed up on time. He laid out a drop cloth to catch the rotten wood and screws . Took the swing set apart removed all the pieces. Made sure everything was picked up and clean. Then said “the job went quicker then I expected, is there any small job I can do”. WOW .. he then added a small handrail from our deck to the lawn. Again I say WOW. Very unusual in this day and age. I asked for his business card and will definitely use Sam’s Handywork again.

He did a really good job on the fix I needed for my door, including doing some resizing of certain parts of the door, which made everything fit together better. I will certainly be giving him a call in the future when I need help on a project around the house
