+ -1 moreThey were inadequate in their customer service and they were just unresponsive for concerns. They came under new ownership about three years ago and the quality of customer service had dropped. I was with them quite a few years before that. Their price was competitive.
Description of Work: I used them but I dropped them.

+ 0 moreWe pay by the year and have used them for 17 years. They are the cheapest we have found and they are awesome. It is top notch and we have never had a problem with them at all. They are reliable and great people.
Description of Work: I use Total Quality Inc. for lawn and yard work and they most recently sprayed the lawn.

Description of Work: used chemical and burned out our yard. The did not want to resod the lawn but eventually did. After losing dirt in our backyard, they did not replace the lost yard and resodded anyway. The next year our retaining wall collapsed and they refused to fix it leaving me with a $3k bill for repairs. The owner of the company would not return my calls.
