Prices were high but they quoted in advance and charged what they quoted. (Nothing hidden)

They were nice and on time and communicated well.

A little expensive. It cost me over $800 to have an antenna installed on the roof and the splitter inside downsized from 4 to 3 splits

We've never hired an electrician before so the price was a shock to us. Our electrician was very informative as to what he was doing and why and gave us choices before performing the work. He was clean and polite and friendly. He gave us the impression that he truly wanted our satisfaction and that he enjoyed his job.

Keith from WireOne came out the next day and installed a ceiling fan and light in my great room (20' ceiling). He was quick and friendly while being professional and did a great job. I would hire them again!

They were able to get me in immediately and accommodate a short timeline for the outlet install.

Top notch, but expensive. If I can't do it myself, I don't mind paying up sometimes. I would rather fork out the cash and get excellent quality, then to skimp and have problems later. For me, it depends on the project and how critical the quality demand.

When in an emergency keep looking for another source. These employees are trained to prey on your situation for their financial benefit.

They did a great job doing what I wanted done. They charge by the job and not by the hour, which would be great if they run into problems, you know what your bill is going to be before they start and that won't change. With that in mind I'm sure they take that into account when they set up the prices so I feel I was grossly over charged for what I needed done.

We ended up calling the internet provider company and paying them to finish the job.

After several phone calls, they agreed to have someone come out to check why our attic fans are vibrating.... at a cost of $40. Appt was rescheduled twice and when they finally arrived, we were informed that the $40 was just for them to show-up at our house - actually going up to look at the fans and diagnose the problem would be a minimum of $400. We said not hardly!, paid the $40 and they left. What a rip-off - $40 just to come to the door of our house!!
