Electrical is always expensive & WireOne is no different than any other professional company. I'd traditionally try to save money with a small business or individual, but no one could meet my deadline for services. Having said that, I was very pleased with how straightforward & direct WireOne was when it came to billing. No nonsense. I really enjoyed their services!!

The bath fans were installed but not vented through the roof as was quoted. These were also not installed with a separate switch but directly to the nearest light. We called to ask more about this and are still waiting for a response.

I would go with someone else next time. I used another company for a small job like the one I just had done a year ago and the cost was 1/2. I needed the work done this time or I would have shopped around more.

The tech, Shawn arrived on time, surveyed the work and gave me a all inclusive quote. It was a bit pricey. I OK it, he did the outlets and light sockets in the garage. Showed care for our belongs.

The company techs are scheduled to visit our home a week from today to provide estimate of costs to update internal cable wiring in our home.

They did a great job - professional the entire time. Had some unexpected hiccups but worked through with no additional cost. Will use again!

Second to none in the quality of work and professionalism.

Work was done well and quickly, cost was $630 to replace 3 small ceiling light fixtures and a bathroom fan. They charge $69 to come out and take a look. They did not tell me that was still due even if you hire them and they bill out more than that. Most places credit you that fee. My bill ended up being $69+tax higher than the bid I agreed to. They need to get that straight. Probably much more affordable options out there, keep looking.

Awful. They promised that the commercial project would be completed by the deadline and it went on for another 2 1/2 months past it. Not only that, they continued to come back with new pricing and fees for any little thing. I will never hire them again.

Shawn was very easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable.

It was pricey. They did offer to inspect the entire homes electrical system at no additional cost but I would rather have paid less for what I wanted done. That said, the technician was great. Knowledgeable, thorough and even arrived early.

They were very professional and did not leave until the job was completed and they cleaned everything up.

Great experience, would recomend and will use again.

Good timely job just a bit pricey.

Work was done quickly and expertly and carries a 3 year warranty. Cost is based on project not time to preform which sounds like a benefit. I had one electrical outlet installed on outdoor front patio taping power inside right behind new outlet. Parts maybe $50; time on project 40 mins as he also checked two switches at front door too. Cost? $729. My fault I guess. I’m new to Iowa and didnt know the electrical code but I should have done it myself. No complaints about the work though.

Very professional and prompt. Seemed to be a little high in price, but since I was in a hurry to get the project done, and they were ready to do the work, I was wiling to pay.
