First time using - Home Advisor and was kind of skeptical. All in all, I was impressed on how easy and professional (and fast). Here's my review on specific company used:Mike did a fabulous job, and gave me several options to think about before committing. Felt like a friend giving me advice. He needed another hand and their dispatch was able to send another professional over same day. Saved me time and quality work. On separate note, I noticed my dog had got in the trash and when I got time to turn around and pick it up I noticed Mike and Mike had cleaned it up already. Class act!! Thanks guys!

For the work done they were very expensive. When they drilled through our floor joists we had clothes hanging and they should of asked us if we wanted to cover them because they had wood chips all over them. Also both times that we scheduled times they were very late and never called to let us know. The main serviceman was great but I wasn't happy with the rest.

For what I had done the fee was excessive.

The electric expert Keith was very professional and we thought he did an exceptional job. Thanks to him we are able to put in the tankless water heater we bought that will save us a lot of money.

Do not touch them with 50 feet pole. They will rip you off. Their technician charges more than the most expensive lawyer. They charged me nearly $1000 (yes a thousand ) for installing one electrical power outlet and connecting it with the switch board.

WireOne did a very good job on my project. Their initial quote was about 4x higher than the next company, but they worked with me on pricing, and we got to an agreeable price. The elecricians who did the install were very professional, and told me everything they were doing, and the result was exactly what I wanted. The next day, while using a new outlet, the GFI tripped and woukdnt reset. I called WireOne at 8pm on Friday, and an electrician was at my house at 10am Saturday. He found the problem, showed it to me, and fixed it in about 15 minutes. Everyone I dealt with at WireOne was friendly and professional, and they showed up when they said they would, and did what they said they would. If you're using WireOne, be sure to get competung quotes, because they will quote "nice to haves" and you may need to talk though what you really need.

Didn't show up and keep going to get the projects done. It was like show up 2 hrs late, leave after about 2 hrs. Show up next day for a couple hours then no contact for a week. I finally had to call them to get them out to finish all the small jobs left to do before waiting for Midamerican to disconnect the power so they could install new panel.

Electricio was prompt, provided a detailed and professional assessment and advise

The only problem was it took three trips to get the work finished but Keith was wonderful

Expensive, and arrived three days after they said they would show up. Workmanship appears to be very good.

Appreciate the follow up after scheduling the original appointment to ensure there was no confusion on when the service tech would arrive.

I’ve used WireOne before. They did a great job. I called them because I wanted an outlet put in the wall of an upstairs 1/2 bath. There is an existing light fixture for the vanity that is next to the location I wanted the outlet. This job was something they said they couldn’t do because it involved connecting to an existing electrical cable. Because they were unable to confirm that it would comply with code, they couldn’t complete the job. There was no charge.
