Fast to respond, fixed the problem, pricey, but don't know if it's just them or all electricians.

I had a ceiling fan with lights that would flicker once while pulling the fan switch to go from the high setting to the low setting. With a short in the circuit seeming like a possibility, I felt a need for an electrician to verify whether or not there was a short. The electrician from WireOne had me sign an agreement to pay about $200 to do a diagnosis and fix the issue before starting work. The issue ended up being simple to fix: the transponder used to remotely control the fan needed to be removed from the circuit. There was nothing physically done to verify whether or not there was a short and no reduced cost from $200 was applied to this service.

Outrageous fee (not disclosed at time of booking) just for showing up between certain hours.

They took advantage of me. They talked me into doing very costly work that was not necessary and the problem was still there when completed. They responded to my concerns at first and did some extra work to try and resolve the issue but I still paid for work that was not necessary and they are are longer trying to resolve.

Beginning to end WireOne was very professional & courteous. Looking forward to having them work on future electrical projects in our home. Highly recommend!

Mark did a great job installing 3 fixtures and a exterior outlet. Was nervous with my 100+ house that it would have hidden issues that would cost more. But he stuck to the quote. Only deductions are for no broom for him to sweep up.

Service was fast and the electrician was very nice. I had electrical outlets replaced and I honestly don't know if the cost of the service was high or low as I have always had men that worked for my husband do this work.....so I have nothing to compare to.

It was too hard to get the work done. When I told them to leave, that I would find someone else it became a high-pressure sale. Finally agreed to let them do work so they would leave, but had to wait another week as they did not come prepared to do the job as I requested.

I felt the rates were extremely high. For less than an hour and a half, the cost was over $500. For one project we already had our own parts and it only took about 15 minutes. I went ahead and used them as I needed the projects done but next time I will definitely get estimates from multiple companies beforehand.

They provide excellent timely service. The electricians do a great job, clean up after themselves and put up 2 smoke detectors for me!
