The came and got my blind and brought it back and put it back up! Also only charged me $40. The only reason I didn'tÂÂ give 5 stars was bc they said a week and the second week I called, didnât get call back so had to call again and then they did call and brought it that afternoon but was 2 weeks. But I would still use again and refer them to others.

Great Blinds LLC was a great choice. Very competent, repair done well, quickly and inexpensively. They also provided at no cost a small repair part for another blind. Very happy with Great Blinds.

Very helpful. Fixed a part that the manufacturer said the only way to fix was to take it down and mail to them so they could repair it. Great Blinds did it in 5 minutes and for a very reasonable price.
