Earlier this year, a different contractor installed an egress window well and cover. I was very unhappy with the height of the well and finishing details on the cover. An unfinished board was screwed directly to the siding and the cover was mounted to the board. Original contractor was not really interested in making it right. The only way to make it right was a total re-do. Ivan with A&H Home Improvement looked at it and provided a very fair and reasonable estimate to correct the original installation. He was able to schedule this job within a few weeks. The job involved completely digging out the well, replacing one section of siding, mounting a pvc board to the foundation slightly above the well, and mounting the cover to the pvc board. I am 1,000% (yes really 1,000% not just 100%) satisfied with the end result. Ivan was able to use the same well and cover so the cost of this project was basically labor and a few components (pvc board, screws, bolts). The end result is EXACTLY how I imagined it should look. I am very pleased and would definitely call A&H Home Improvement again for home repairs or future projects.

Had the well replaced with a comparable metal well, and also had them put in a ladder and a top cover. The first guy I had look at it from Midwest basement quoted me a whopping $3200, granted that was for a composite well which are more expensive but still.... found A & H's pricing at $1100 much more reasonable. Metal wells at home improvement stores run $200-500 and after a couple hundred dollars for the ladder and cover and that pricing was probably pretty tough to beat. Dealt with Ivan, they came as scheduled got the work done in one day as planned, cleaned up well and offered to come back and fill dirt around the well if we had any sinkage problems as the dirt settled.

Ivan was prompt from initial meeting to final work on the window. He provided a detailed quote and followed through on all aspects of the job. He offered solutions to potential problems. Would recommend his company to others.

Ivan was so helpful. Many service providers refused to even do our job. We had an existing egress window going through our basement wall that we wanted to have removed, have the hole enlarged, and have a set of french doors installed instead. Ivan even picked up the door for us at Lowe's as I don't have a trailer to get it in. He and his crew cleaned up the area well, installed the door on time, and it has held water tight in all of our rains that we have had lately. I am very pleased. He was excellent to work with.

Ivan and his crew very quickly and efficiently installed an egress window for me. This is something I had planned for down the road but my current project was landscaping. Halfway through my project I realized that I should get the window installed now or we would have to tear up the landscaping all over again. I got 3 quotes and decided to go with A&H because the price was reasonable and Ivan seemed knowledgable and reliable. He had the job done very quickly. Throughout the job the crew was awesome and very respectful. They took care not to mess up the yard, track dirt in my house, and left the project looking very finished. The egress window was installed because I plan to make a bedroom in my basement and when I'm ready to do this, I will call Ivan for another quote. I would hire them again!!!

We got several estimates and A&H were in the middle. Corey and his assistant were on time, punctual, professional and did a great job. They did a complete demo/remodel on a smaller upstairs bathroom and briefed us on every step as they did it each day. They were quiet as they could be and respected us being in the house each day. We were very happy with the quality of the work. It looks great and we will use them again for another bathroom project next spring.

The project went really well overall. Corey quickly responded to my request for a quote and came out the same day to scope the project. Their quote was the most reasonable, plus they seemed to be the most knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They were able to start the project quickly too. Corey and his crew were on time and finished the project early -- they originally thought it might take 1 1/2 days, and they were done after 3/4 day due to the power of a new saw. The quality of the work is great and we are very happy with the result.

They did a top notch job. The kitchen is beautiful and they paid attention to detail and did each step in the right way. They completed the work on time and within budget. Very good quality with everything including carpentry and flooring. They are honest, hardworking and I would use them again.

A & H workers were on time every day. The work area was left clean each evening. The quality and timeliness of the project exceeded expectations. The workers were polite and willing to adjust to unexpected changes. In addition to building a lovely shed, they trimmed some surrounding bushes and removed a few very small trees as an extra bonus.
