Awesome job of cleaning out our ducts. Pictures before and after cleaning. Very nice to work with. On time and have recommend to others.

Owner Steve was very prompt in coming and giving me an estimate and the price was very reasonable compared to other estimates. Steve came out on the scheduled day and completed the work. He was very easy going and did an excellent job. This was the first time getting the ducts cleaned and I would use them again when it needs done.

Steve was excellent! He gave us a quote on the phone. He showed up on time, was very friendly, courteous and professional. He wore shoe covers while in our house to protect our carpets. He was very cautious when moving any of our furniture, and when moving equipment around our woodwork. He provided the service as promised. Steve removed 15 lbs of dust, dirt and construction debris from our duct work. After the service, we have noticed a drastic improvement in air quality, and I don't have to dust my house as often. Don't waste your time looking at coupons/competitors (as we did). Steve provides exceptional service at a better price than his competitors. I highly recommend Ducts in a Row for duct cleaning! It was worth every penny!

Owner was great to work with. Got an appointment set within a couple weeks of my phone call. Was early for the appointment. Was very friendly with me and my children and worked around the area of the house I was in with him. Replaced my baby gates that he took down to move the machine upstairs and down. He completed the job in the amount of time that he said he would. Collected over 12 lb or animal hair, building material, etc out of our air ducts. He was great to deal with and I have and would recommend him.

Steve called back to schedule a time, and arrived on time. He performed a quick survey of the hosue to identify all ducts, then unpacked his machine and proceeded to move from vent to vent. He was careful to move furniture out of the way to prevent damage. At the end of the process, he showed the results of the process and indicated he would be sending a reminder card in 4 years.

I was inspired to have my ducts cleaned when I noticed my next door neighbor was having theirs completed. I read the reviews on Angie's List and selected Ducts in a Row. I contacted Steve on Monday; he came out Thursday morning. He arrived promptly. We went through the house so I could show him the location of the vents and then we went to the basement. Steve explained what he was going to do and went right to work. It took Steve approximately 2 hours to clean and sanitize the ducts. He indicated the recommended interval to have ducts cleaned is 3-4 years. When he was finished, he showed me the bag of debris (dust, pet dander, etc) that was extracted - it weighed about 15-20 pounds which Steve said is normal for my size house and initial cleaning. I highly recommend Ducts in a Row - very professional, prompt, and helpful.

It took an hour and 15 minutes start to finish. He was very professional...when he got done cleaning he showed me how much dirt and stuff he got out of the vents....wow....I wish I would have done this sooner...I would highly recommend this company!!!

I live in an older home and it is always so dusty. I heard about air duct cleaning and found Ducts in a Row on Angie's list. I called Steve and he gave me a quote over the phone on a Friday and had a cancellation for the following Monday so I scheduled the appointment. He gave a reminder call on Sunday and showed up exactly when he said he would. I was curious about the process so he took time to explain how it all worked. He was very friendly, but also didn't waste any time getting his work done. He was very efficient and was done in 2 hours. It was obvious by the results--16 lbs. worth of dirt and debris--that my air ducts had never been cleaned. I was shocked. When I asked how often he recommended having them cleaned he gave me the recommendations of the local energy company, which is every 4 years. I felt that he could have told me yearly to get more business if he wanted because I wouldn't have known the difference so I appreciated the 3rd party recommendation. He did say that he has clients that have them cleaned due to allergies, etc. if that was an issue for us. He said he would send a reminder in 4 years so I won't have to keep track of that either. Overall great experience and would highly recommend him.

Responsive, very competitively priced, knew exactly where I lived as soon as I told him the address. He also responded the same evening to initial inquiry. Gave reminder call the day before. Showed up early (not too early). Very friendly. Showed me the results of his work. Finished in about an hour. Very trustworthy and helpful!

Steve was very professional on the phone. He showed up when he was supposed to. My house is a one story bungalow with basement. The price was very reasonable. I had never had my ducts cleaned before so half-way expected to see dust and debris around the ducts afterward, but didn't. The areas around the ducts were spotless! They were awesome. The guy that came out was Steve and he was scheduled for 11o’clock and asked if it would be a problem if he came early and I said that he could come early. He came and did a nice job and removed 15 pounds of dust, a coffee cup and a bunch of sandpaper from the duct. I chose them because I could not get a hold of the other because I got a voice mail and I was in a hurry. I decided to contact them because they also had 5 star ratings and a couple of good reviews. He answered the phone and had time, so I scheduled with them. I was satisfied with them.

Steve came out - nice guy. Called ahead and asked if he could come an hour early. Said fine. We have a two story, four bedroom house; lots of ductwork. Steve had a large machine with brush and vaccuum. Took out a bag he said weighed about eight pounds of dirt. He sprayed the vents with some kind of cleaner in as well. Total cost was $296. Took just under two hours.

After viewing the informative website, I called to ask if the new construction junk in the ducts could be the cause of my families "allergy" type issues. He described the debris that would be in the ducts resulting from new construction and how that dust could certainly be a factor. Made an appointment for the next week (worked very well with my schedule) and pulled 10 pounds of junk out! I was very comfortable with Steve, he was great with my pets, and thoroughly explained his process. He also sanitized the ducts and put me on a list to call in 3 years to schedule another cleaning. Gave me tips on my furnace filter and my family has not been so "snotty" since! :-)

Very prompt, courteous and professional. The gentleman was contacted via email. He responded quickly and gave us an estimate after the house was described to him. He made an appointment, arrived on time, took about two hours and did a very nice job.

Very well! Made an appointment for me right away, showed up on time, very professional and fast. Took only about a half hour. He left with a huge bag of dirt from my vents! He was even respectful of my pets, and made sure the noise wouldn't bother them. (Birds, reptiles, and dogs. Noise was only as loud as a household vacuum.) I tried to tip him but he wouldn't accept it. They will even notify me in 3 years, when they recommend doing it again. I will definitely be using them.
