Work was done quickly but some aesthetics were not quite to my liking and some items were left undone. After I pointed the discrepancies out, they fixed them all the next day. I am happy with the end result and the pricing.

Will said there was some wear on our shingles, but that we could get at least another 5 years out of our current roof. He replaced the flashing around some vents and showed us the old flashing he had removed so we could see the difference. He also replaced some trim work that had blown off our roofline. We plan to have him back to do some more work for us replacing exterior trim around our windows. Very nice guy, very capable.

The inspection and minor repair was performed after a hind wind storm which blew off some ridge cap shingles. The service provided went well and was appreciated.

Unbeknownst to me, Will came out and did the work. I got an email from him suggesting a time if it worked for me. I didn't see it and so I didn't respond. I called twice to set something up and when I didn't hear back I was not happy. When Will learned of this he contacted me tonight by email. He has sent the pictures of my roof including good shots of the issues. I wish I'd known the work was done. I didn't expect him to do it in my absence. Now, I've checked my email, primary and junk and could not find the email though it clearly looks like he sent it. So we suffered a miscommunication glitch, but he was determined to get me the information I needed tonight and was committed to correcting the issue. I would hire him again.

It turned out great. I had him come back and he did some other work for me. I liked the fact that he showed up on time even though he was about 40 miles from my house. He did the work and he was pleasant to deal with.

I was very satisfied with the work that was done. They were on time and discussed with me what I was concerned with regarding my roof. I would use them again if needed.

They did great. The price was great too. So far, everything that they did has been useful. I told them I had a specific issue that I was interested in them looking at and they looked at it and seemed to have fixed it. It just took them one time. I am a realtor and I have referred them.

Called the owner Will on Friday and explained the issue I am having with the roof. He understood immediately and set an appointment to come on Tuesday. He arrived on time and inspect the roof. He fixed the leak and even did some additional caulking in a different location without any additional cost. Did a general check up on the roof and gave great information regarding the status of the roof and also when it needs to be changed. Very Professional and courteous. Great Experience.... Excellent from the gitgo! Price was very competitive. Fast service. Extremely professional sales rep and the installer was as good as it gets. At the end of each day all waste was removed from around the building. No left over nails, no left over shingles or pieces. Questions and phone calls were answered right away. End result was beyond my expectations. This is the third house I've had new shingles installed on and it's by far the most professional install I've experienced. You will not be disappointed....cause they won't let that happen!!

We had excellent communication with them throughout the project. We had some unconventional ideas that we talked through with them and they used their expertise to help us arrive at a solution that accomplished all our goals and allowed the roof to function to keep our building secure and dry. The crew was good natured and cleaned everything up as they went and at the end of the project.

The project went very well. Everything was done correctly. I had a lot of neighbors wanting the number for Central Iowa Roofing after they saw my roof! I was so glad that they could redo my gutters and downspouts to improve the efficiency.

It was done in the time frame they said and work site was cleaned up very well.
