They had to lay a new floor in the bathroom; I had to have some sub floor work done. In the laundry room they put sheeting over the existing floor then laid laminate tile and grouted. They did an excellent job and I will use them again in the future.

Both experiences were horrible. My carpet "bubbled" in less than a year. Their statement to me was that it did that because I did not have the carpet "professionally" cleaned every 6 months. They would not back up their work at all. My mother's bathroom flooring project has become a disaster. She needed to have carpet removed to lay ceramic tile. I brought her to my house so Richwell could do what needed to be done. She was told they would have to pull up the toilet to lay the flooring. She is elderly and cannot be without bathroom facilities. I went over about an hour after they were supposed to be there and the plumber had pulled up the toilet, the carpet had been removed and the tile flooring was in the boxes sitting on the bathroom floor. No one was there. After 5 hours, she asked that I take her home as they should be done - NOT ANOTHER THING HAD BEEN DONE - except the boxes of tile had been moved from the bathroom floor to the kitchen. There was a message on her answering machine that they were not able to get in. I'm sorry, but that was a blatant lie. They had been in to pull up the toilet and move the tile boxes. Now she is going to have to pay extra as they say they need to come put the toilet back in today and then come pull it back up tomorrow and then put it back in again. AND... this isn't over yet. I would not recommend this company to anyone. BEWARE !!
