Quality Air Heating & Cooling

The guys showed up at the time that they said they would and worked efficiently. They gave a time frame of about six hours for installing central air and it only took them about four to four and a half hours for it all to be finished. They did a wonderful job and extremely nice. If we need anything done again with any furnace or central air work we will be picking their services from now on.

They gave us a good price. They got back with us quickly. They were really friendly and nice. I wouldn't use anybody else because I am very happy with Quality Heating and Air.

We had two furnaces in our house that needed to be replaced. After getting quotes from 3 contractors, Ron Baker with Quality Air was the one we decided to go with. One furnace is in a particularly tight spot in a poorly designed utility room - Ron measured carefully and said he'd be able to get it out without removing the water heater (which he did). He reassured me he'd take care of the permits and disposal of our old furnaces. He worked with one assistant, they showed up on time and completed the work in the time frame promised. They put in Goodman furnaces which have worked well so far and even sent in our rebate form to the gas company for us. Two caveats - when coming into my house for the estimate and while doing the work, either one or both of the Quality Air guys were smokers, which did make the rooms they were working in smell of smoke. It dissipated after they left, but was unpleasant while they were there. Also, they were in and out of my house many times to bring in the new furnaces and parts, remove the old ones, and work on the gas lines - they did not cover their feet when coming in and out of the house, which did make for a messy floor after they completed the work. It was early spring with melting snow and old leaves on the ground, so it's hard to keep shoes clean in that, but that was a slight inconvenience. Overall, though, Quality Air did great work and I would use them again and recommend them.
