Mobile Locksmith

If I could give zero stars I would I called to ask about an ignition issue in my auto . I was told by several repair shop to call a lock smith instead. I gave my story to the gal who answers the phone, she said "hold on let me have you talk to Mark". I heard her in the background relay my info and then I hear " I don't want to talk to her, you talk to her" I hung up, screw them! I will call some one who wants my business. SO... in the course of writing this he called me back. I crossly told him I would be happy to call someone else since he did not want to talk to me. he wanted to come look at it anyway so I let him. He shows up at my work asking for " the happiest person in here" WTH I would not have been short with him to begin with if he had any professionalism Now he has my car tore apart, dash pulled out, steering wheel off.... with out my permission!and now I will be without my car for a week and he tells me he "should have stuck with my original response" after 5 days my car is fixed. I had previously received a quote from an auto repair shop for $350 this man is charging me $550 and expects me to pay it even though I did not give him permission to tear anything apart. I would get my lawyer involved but it would just be cheaper to pay the man. I will do so but I will also make sure NO ONE goes to this guy again
