Did a great job! Project completed on time and within budget. Communicated what would happen and when and followed through. Replaced kitchen cabinets, flooring in 3 rooms, replaced tub & surround, toilet & vanity, installed lighting, did the plumbing and electrical that was needed. He was conscientious about the little details. Left the job clean and in good order.
Description of Work: Kitchen, bathroom, laundry remodel.

Badly.
Description of Work: Tried to boondoggle us for 6k worth of extra work while leaving 6k+ worth of unfinished work. Almost a 20% overrun on original estimate.

Great! Brian was great to work with - he communicated his scheduling and availability. He set reasonable time lines and expectations - and delivered on each and every one of them. Brian is truly a pleasure to work with, and a rare find in his trade. Excellent craftsmanship, reliable, professional and friendly, he really is my one stop shop for construction and remodeling services. I give him a solid thumbs up and my highest recommendation.
Description of Work: Brian did a full house remodel for us. Work included gutting and rebuilding the bathroom for a handicap accessible walk in shower and associated tile work. He relocated the toilet, installed a new vanity and medicine cabinet. Removed a wall to increase the size of the masterbedroom, and added a couple of closets throughout the house. He revamped the kitchen cabinets and added a new counter and vinyl flooring. He performed all associated electrical and plumbing. He replaced all interior and exterior doors. windows and trim on a single story brick house. He removed gutters and replaced soffits. Brian added a handicap ramp for the front entry, and added stairs and railing for a garage entry. He re-leveled the rear deck. There wasn't anything we threw at him that he wasn't able to . He demonstrated great craftsmanship in each task he performed.
