Description of Work: We called them with concern of possibly smelling gas. They sent someone right away. He checked the furnace for us, said it was working properly, we together figured out what we smelled; he charged us a minimal service call.

+ -1 moreService call x 1.25 hours, was $72 total. They came promptly, the guy was very nice, polite and knew what he was doing. We had no concerns. We have not noticed the noise it had been making before he came.
Description of Work: Checked gas pressure, oiled motor & blower bearings and checked furnace over-all.

+ -1 moreMr. Person came to our house to look over everything. He made a plan of what needed done. With a couple of days 2 more employees came to our home, ran all the duct work, and was finished the same day.
Description of Work: Mr. Person was very trustworthy and gave his honest opinion on whether or not we needed to replace our furance or not. He also helped to increas the air flow through our house with additional venting. All for a very good fee.

+ -1 moreAwful...work not preformed...the problem was in the crawl space and Fletcher wouldn't go there.
Description of Work: They used to be the "go to guys." No so anymore. Since Fletcher joined his dad and his mother, Karen, not wanting her "boy" to get dirty it was a disaster. I paid on the spot. It wasn't fixed and I had to have a competitor finish it correctly. Karen refused to reimburse my payment. It just so happens that my neighbors on the South & I have the same last name. Karen just went on & on about how I hadn't paid them for their previous work, would not verify that I was not who she was angry, and after months of avoiding my calls I gave up.

+ -1 moreThey are pretty good. They will attend the calls really fast, and they do good work. As far as I remember, their price is not very high. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreI chose them because I had heard some good things about them. Their prices were reasonable; they put a furnace in for me a number of years ago. They were prompt and took care of the problem the first time. I will use them again in the future.
