GUTTERMASTER INC

My overall experience with Guttermaster in Ottumwa was very poor. One of the biggest issues after receiving an estimate was getting the provider to come do the work. I felt the price was a little high but fair considering what I wanted done, the quality of most of the job was ok, however I rated the provider with a D for quality for several reasons: I have one piece of gutter that was broken and needed replaced - it was not replaced and remained broken; they removed a wire for my TV antenna and left it hanging loose down the roof and side of my house and I had to threaten to call another contractor and send Guttermaster the bill to get it fixed before they came back and fixed the problem; I still have one large gutter that slightly tilts the wrong direction and the end fills up with water until it evaporates, this same gutter is also hanging too low and prevents me from being able to open a crank-out window, I can now only partially open the window. I would highly recommend using a different provider.

He did a great job THE ONLY PROBLEM IS HE HARD TO GET ON THE JOB it took 4 try to get him out and when set and did not show up he called late
