+ -1 moreThey took 2 hours longer than they should have because they were playing with snakes in yard and smoking cigarettes; throwing trash and butts in my yard. Ended up charging me double per hour than I was quoted all 3 times.
Description of Work: They snaked my main sewer drain. They played around instead of working and took lots of breaks. They kept bugging me to where I was helping them do their job.

+ -1 moreI called their office and asked for an estimate for the work. The contractor came the next day and gave me the estimate. Two days later he returned and performed the work. Each time he called ahead to make sure we were home. And he was prompt. He did excellent work for a very reasonable rate. I have had this contractor do work for me before and he is very conscientious and trustworthy.
Description of Work: Installed water line from inside basement to outside of house for a hose hookup.

Description of Work: Our sewer line from the house was clogged. I called them at about 8 am. They arrived at about 11:00 am and cleared the drain. The only reason I didn't give them an A on punctuality is that they said they would call before arriving but didn't.

+ 0 moreI called them told them i wanted them to tell me what needed done and they did. was no more or no less than what the city told me needed done to bring house up to code. All stink piped was cast and cracked. Job was done with in time i was told by Dan. a few days latter I noticed I had a leak on one clean out cap. I called Dan and told him what it was doing, and it was fixed that day. A+
Description of Work: Replaced all drain pipes to the ground. Hooked up tub, new mount for stool, Basically all new drain pipes through out house. Will use them when ever i need the job done.
