Description of Work: Scheduled for exterminator to come do spiders. He never showed. Didn't answer phone when called and never returned my call. What a terrible way to do business

+ -1 moreSo far so good. Gave contact info and if needed will come back within 45 days for free. Will be back in 3 months for regular service.
Description of Work: Checked for termite activity because I had found a small area of damage on a corner of my house. He assessed the damage and verified that it was termite. He then checked the rest of the house and basement for termite activity. When he found no further evidence of termites he estimated cost of treatment and recommended that we wait as it appears that they have moved on. He did place bait for household pests and sprayed as well. Also did basement,attic, and attached apartment for total of 2 kitchens and 4 bathrooms. Very polite knowledgeable provider as well.
