Description of Work: GAVE XPERT BUILDERS (CURTIS BUNNELL AND CORY CHARONNEAU) $15,000.00 TO BUILD A BUILDING. THEY DUG A FEW HOLES AND DELIVERED A FEW PIECES OF LUMBER. NOW THEY HAVE OUR MONEY AND WILL NOT TAKE OUR PHONE CALLS AND SAID THEY WOULD RETURN OUR MONEY AND NEVER HAS. I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THEY HAVE SCAMMED OTHER PEOPLE IN THE CENTRAL IOWA AREA OUT OF AT LEAST $40,000.00. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. AGAIN, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. NE

Description of Work: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! WE PAID THEM A DEOPSIT OF $13,000.00 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A MACHINE SHED. THEY CAME AND STARTED ON MAY 1, 2012 AND ONLY DUG 6 HOLES FOR FUTTINGS. THEY NEVER CAME BACK AND AS OF 6/11/2012 HAVE NEVER COME BACK. CURTIS BUNELL IS THE OWNER AND SAID HE WOULD COME BUY A WEEK AGO AND WRITE US OUR DEPOSIT AMOUNT BACK ($13,000.00) AND HE NEVER SHOWED UP AND WILL NOT TAKE OUR PHONE CALLS OR RETURN OUR CALLS. WE HAVE PURSUED LEGAL ACTION. ALL I CAN SAY IS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EXPERT BUILDERS
