+ -1 moreEven though he was busy, he made time to do the recall work the day I needed it to be done, did the replacement work and then serviced the dishwasher as well.
Description of Work: My GE dishwasher was recalled and needed to be fixed. GE wanted to send someone from a company I'd never heard of, so I contacted Van Roekel's and got their GE servicer number and then GE would let them fix my dishwasher. Doug Van Roekel was busy, but stopped in and replaced the part and serviced the dishwasher as well, cleaning out the various places where the water should spray. He gave me tips on keeping it from filling up with excess soap as well.. Doug's professionalism and attention to detail was very much appreciated. I'm very glad he was able to do this recall work for me.
