+ -1 moreA general date was set up within a two week time frame to install a backup sump pump. I was to call if I didn't hear from them in that period. I called several times over a two month period and received a number of excuses, but was always assured that I would be taken care of. I eventually resigned myself to the fact that they had no intention of doing the work. The job must have been too difficult for them but they didn't want to admit it to me.
Description of Work: They agreed to perform a service but never did the job.
