MUSCO SPORTS LIGHTING

I hired Musco Lighting to do repairs on the city's baseball fields in Southern California. On the day of the repair I was contacted by their representative Dave Devo. He was to do the repairs and not ruin the grass on the fields but I had to supply extra people to help him in this moving of plywood under an extremely heavy lift. While doing this he was subjecting my people to a very dangerous situation with this 45 ton lift coming inches from my workers heads and hands. I asked him if this was really necessary and he said it was the only way to do it. I told him of my concerns for safety and he just laughed and said " What if something does happen, their just a bunch of Mexicans". I was really insulted buy this comment and I can promise you i will not do business with Mr. Devo or Musco Sports Lighting again. Also during the course of the day I had to listen to him talk about himself in being "The Quintessential Employee" for Musco Lighting and constantly bragging about all of his accomplishments and that the company would falter if he left. He was constantly doing real estate transactions over the phone and couldn't finish conversations with my crew and myself because of this. And one of the worst things when we went to get more plywood from the hardware store he was using is laptop computer while driving his van.
