Debbie Doty was very willing on the phone to offer ideas and pricing information. Once in the office, she made sample copies for my approval after making changes to the original. Stuck with prices quoted, even when I changed how many I needed.

I took my computer in to be checked. They asked what they problem was and what things I wanted saved on my computer. They wrote it all down and proceeded to work on my computer. Due to them being very busy, they had my computer about 6 days.
Description of Work: Doty's worked on my computer. He checked for virus and malware and reset several settings that needed repaired.

Doty's received my laptop computer and received my explanation of the problem. Two days later the computer was repaired along with an explanation of repairs done that was carefully documented in detail. Prompt service!
Description of Work: My new laptop purchased in December 2012 had a malfunction on a Windows 8 routine updater not allowing my computer to boot properly. Doty's easily fixed the program by proper troubleshooting - and I had no loss of files. Perfect!

I called to ask directions. Very professional. Dropped my computer off after work on a Monday night and they called on Wednesday to pick it up. First time I had used Doty's. They were very efficient and I was pleased with the cost.
Description of Work: Computer was struck by lightning. Performed diagnostics test and installed a USB 10/100 ethernet adapter.

Everthing went great, and I received a detailed report of the work performed.
Description of Work: Doty's is very good at repairing your PC or laptop. I found that they are very thourough. Although it did take a few days to get my computer back, they told me that they are meticulous with the computers, and it takes time to make sure the computer is ready for the customer. I was happy with this because my computer works great now.
