Description of Work: Replaced check valve on sump pump and repaired fitting that was leaking where the line went through the wall to the exterior. The sump pump was installed by Washington Plumbing of Washington, IA back in April of 2008 and has always been very noisy. Every time it ran it would make a banging noise. This is the first sump pump I have ever had in a home and did not realize it wasn't suppose to be noisy so let it run this way for 7 years. Stupid but I had no idea. When McCoy's fixed it and replaced the check valve with a silencer check valve, the noise is totally gone and I never hear it when it runs any longer. I am so relieved to have the noise gone and it working properly. I recommend this company as they have knowledgeable service men who do great work, respond quickly when called and are polite and very professional.

Description of Work: Fixed a water leak by installing new hydrant in horse barn. They did a great job !! I have not received the bill, yet

Description of Work: Emailed for an appointment but never recieved a call back. |then proceeded to call and leave message but still no call back

Description of Work: They were to run a sewer rooter for a plugged toilet. 7.25 hours. They spent 3 hours rooting through the roof unaware. They thought they were rooting to the street however the bathroom closest to the street worked fine. I was the one who brought it to there attention the rooter was hanging from my roof. Once they were told that it only took a couple hours to finish. They didn't put the ceiling tiles in the basement back. Left water on the floor in the basement. Didn't vacume the sawdust from sawing a hole in the wall to get to the problem. The person who took my order was a very pleasant lady. The second man was very apologetic and said my bill would reflect the errors however someone forgot to tell their business office.

Description of Work: Installed a sink for me when Washington Plumbing kept putting off the job. McCoy responded immediately. Great people and service!! :)

Description of Work: They have been very helpful and thorough. However, it is too early to assess them because the major upgrade to Geothermal hasn't been completed yet. That will happen early next month. They did unhook a unneeded gas appliance and re-route our drier duct. They have been a pleasure to work with so far. If the rest of their work is as professional as the smaller items they have completed, I would highly recommend them to anyone.
