If you catch him while he's on a roof, he says he will call you back - AND HE DOES! He is not out to just look for a way to make as much money as possible on a job. He provides the job bid and will tell you if he see's anything else of concern, but is not pushy or trying to upsell. I trust Dwight and his crew and refer him to all my clients when roofing is needed.
