I am self-employed with no employees. I do stucco and plastering. I check the job for free. I make out a proposal. If you accept the bid, I require 1/3 downpayment. The balance is due when the job is completed.

I don't hang drywall or do any painting.

Calvin Curtis of C.C. Stucco and Plastering did a great job repairing my crumbling foundation stucco and filled in some surface cracks in the underlying foundation that another service person wouldn't work on. He even retextured some areas that had been previously repaired that did not match the rest of the foundation. The foundation now looks great, you can tell that he takes great pride in his work.
Description of Work: Repaired superficial foundation cracks, repaired cracked stucco, textured previously repaired jobs to match surrounding surfaces.
