Description of Work: Money was paid but gutters were never cleaned. I had asked for a quote on additional services (Windows, roofing and siding). I recieved a quote after some time from Rob. And the gutters were never cleaned. They are nice people and I don't like giving a bad review but services paid for (gutter cleaning) was never performed.

Description of Work: Came in to do some drywall work for me. They did a good job overall but the texturing could have been better. I had a family event and they worked around it to ensure the job was done prior to folks coming into town. Very impressed with their customer service.

Description of Work: Very prompt and professional. Explained what he found (one missing shingle) and offered to repair it. Sent photos of roof. I only wish I had realized that having him fix it while he was still there would have cost a fraction of the price for returning to fix the shingle. I had considered calling the roofing company that had re-roofed the house but changed my mind. I would use this company again.

+ -1 moremy first meeting with Albert Bustillos was when I lost a tree in a straight line windstorm in the April 2012 when my insurance company had him come to do temporary repairs to the roof due to the storm; Albert has been very accomodating and extremely professional.
Description of Work: installed new peak vent on roof; removed & patched former vent holes; new pipe boots on pipes extruding from roof; repaired leak problems on front and back porch roofs; installed roof vent in shed; sealer applied over rubber roofing material on a flat roof section of the roof

+ 3 moreI saw Action Roofing and Drywall working on my neighbors home. They did extensive siding repairs and replaced a large circle top window. House had experienced serious water damage from faulty construction. My neighbor was very pleased with the work and the price. My house being 10 years old needed various repairs to the exterior before we repainted. Thanks to the excellent work of Action roofing and Drywall the house looks better than new. They were timely and professional. I was very pleased with how fast the project went, the quality of their work, their professionalism and the price was very fair. I was also impressed with the wide variety of the types of work Action Roofing and Drywall performs. Albert is a very knowledgeable contractor and particular about taking care of the details to make sure work is done according to best practices. No shortcuts!! Action Roofing and Drywall will be my first call the next time my home needs any kind of repair.

Albert provided our insurance company with a clear and detailed statement of work to include quality materials required to complete the project appropriately. He was very prompt and professional; he took time to answer and explain all my questions and concerns regarding our roof in detailed. The project was completed on schedule and I am very happy with the result.
