I purposefully asked that they not come until November as I wanted to ensure all the leaves were off the trees by then. Unfortunately we had some below freezing temps the day I was scheduled, so they had to re-schedule. Their office called and kept me apprised of their scheduling and when they would be onsite to do the work. They sent pictures when the work was complete and I was very impressed with the job done. Having the pictures sent was a great idea as I was not home at the time they did the cleaning. It's so great when a service request goes so smoothly, I didn't have to lift a finger aside from clicking BUY.

Albert arrived right on time, introduced himself. He was very clean and neat in appearance. He whistled while he worked (no kidding) seemed a very cheerful fellow. Sealed a hole in the roof, took pictures of everything, explained everything. I'm very pleased and would recommend him to anyone.

It went fine. Everything went fine except they were walking on the roof a lot and I did not expect that for gutter cleaning. I thought they just put ladders up then go to the gutters. That is my only comment. Their price was excellent.

They indicated they are in the gutter cleaning business. They actually are just interested in selling gutters.

I have 82 feet of gutters (41 in front and 41 in back).They replaced my old gutter covers with leaf x. It took them less than an hour to remove the old gutter covers and install the leaf x gutter guards and they disposed of the old gutter covers. I purchased the special on Angies list for $349 for 50 foot of leaf x and paid $256 for the remaining 32 foot to cover the front and back gutters. The person that came out to measure the length was professional and mentioned that next spring I would be replacing my roof. He gave me a brochure and measured it and gave me a quote. Next spring, I will get a couple other estimates, but will probably use Action roofing. I would recommend them.

They did a professional job and didn't try to sell me a new roof when I didn't need it. Overall, a professional experience.

Albert gave us a starting date that was delayed only by bad weather. The project was finished quickly and professionally. It was a pleasure to work with Mark and the rest of the crew. We feel the value added to our house is greater than the cost of the project.

I got the $99 coupon to have my gutters cleaned. When they checked the gutters, they found an exposed area where my shingles were gone.... (I do not get on my roof, of course.) so they gave me a reasonable quote and they fixed my roof. Thank you!!!!!

Here's what was advertised: Here's the Deal: ? $99.00 for insulation assessment with infrared camera imaging (I don't think Rob used an infrared camera. He said he could get it, but I don't think he did.) ? High-tech camera can spot weaknesses in insulation (He took pictures with his phone.) ? Verifying quality of attic insulation R-values (He had photos with measurements.) ? Analyzing heating and cooling loss through utilization of thermal imaging (I haven't seen this.) ? Report with recommendations for corrections and repairs (He verbally told me how much additional insulation would be.) ? Includes $250 credit toward recommended improvements (This wasn't mentioned.) So in my mind, Action Roofing and Construction completed one of the six points of their assessment. In addition, I specifically asked that the company figure out how to add insulation to a fireplace chimney that is causing a draft even after we had a fireplace insert installed. The Action Roofing and Construction worker offered no suggestions and told me that he couldn't find anything wrong. I had two other companies assess our insulation. They provided written estimates for free. I requested my money back from Action Roofing and Construction for this deal. They have not responded to my request.

I did not use this provider except for the inspection of roof.

The initial consult I wasn't too excited about. I expressed that I wanted to keep the original plaster and just patch it up and make it smooth enough to paint. The guy thought the best thing to do would be to put drywall over it and do a texture on the wall to cover up some blemishes. I didn't think it would be what I wanted but I let him do the estimate. It was way out of our price range. $3k+ for the two rooms. I told them I just wanted the 4 hours of plaster work that I paid for through Angies. The guy that came to do the work though was great. He was very quick, and understood exactly what we were trying to do. He got the major cracks and the corners and then just plastered up all the areas he could. Then he gave us some tips of how we should continue on our own in order to get the results we wanted. We took his advice and our walls look great!

The gentleman arrived on time and provided a detailed inspection of the roof. It was very informative.

Did a lot of little drywall repair in a few rooms and got it all done in 4 hours. Very satisfied.

Original date scheduled was just for estimator to come see what was needed to bring back for actual cleaning - didn't know that when I selected date - so scheduled a 2nd appt for actual gutter cleaning. Bad weather delayed cleaning - no worries - but didn't hear or see anything from anyone indicating work had been performed - so I called twice to see when gutters could be cleaned. Jasmine called me back after 2nd message to tell me gutters had been cleaned on Tues the 28th and that she'd send me the post-cleaning photos for me to see. The photos are great - if those were sent automatically after each job was completed it would let the customer know that the work had been done. Photos showed that gutters were clear of debris - thanks!

Great. They worked on my drywall. The work ended last month and the service cost me about $2,000. They did a good job and I can't see any flaws in their work. I would definitely use them again.

we had more than one problem in the same place. Vendor performed a follow up inspection after the first repair and found the second problem. that problem will be fixed at a future date. Anthony is very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. we will continue to do business with Action Roofing as needed.

I asked about the overall heath of the roof and he indicated there was a lot of wear and the roofing although didn't need immediate replacement that much of the fiberglass was showing as the surface had worn down. I requested an estimate of replacement which was provided a few days later. I have not made a decision on proceeding and have requested another estimate to compare.

I am so excited to work more with this company. Pictures were taken while on my roof to help show and explain to me what was going on up there. I was given a very detailed explanation in simple terms as to why I was getting water in on very rare occasions when it rains. I was told the best way and most cost effective way to fix this. I also went over other areas in the house I was thinking of doing improvements on and got some ideas on what would be the most cost effective route. I was sent a quote before close of business on the same day they had been out.

The company that installed my roof 8 years ago went out of business and refused to reply or respond to numerous requests for warranty service. So we purchased the $49 Roof Tune-Up from Action Roofing. The installer who came to perform the tune-up and do the estimate for my larger repairs was fine. He fixed a couple of minor issues and answered questions to my satisfaction. The estimate was a little bit high in my opinion, but I chose to go with it because of the high reputation of Angie's List. The crew of two men who showed up to do the actual repair work was somewhat less than satisfactory. They had a difficult time speaking/understanding English (they were eastern Europeans), which made communication difficult. The clean-up of the job site was spotty at best. I'm still picking up nails and there is still pieces of cuttings from the repair job on my roof, just waiting for a good rainstorm to blow off or clog my gutters. The estimate for the repair work was supposed to include disposal of the debris. The crew stuffed the debris (old shingles, plastic, the remains of their lunch) into my garbage toter, which wasn't discovered until I went to roll it to the curb and almost dislocated my shoulder trying to move what I thought was an empty toter. The CSR I spoke to at Action Roofing was very sorry and sent someone out promptly to remove the shingles from my toter and properly dispose of them. Overall, I think I could have had the job done cheaper by another company. It was a "meh" experience. I'm sure Action Roofing has many, many happy customers but I will look elsewhere for any future roof repairs.

They say it needs a new door and gave an estimate of $1100. I refuse it.

I haven't purchased anything from them but I probably will do so.

It went exceptionally well. Mark and Marco (with some assistance from Aaron) worked purposely and diligently to do a pleasing and professional job. The project , with its steep, eight-sided roof shape, presented unique challenges and required time in excess of what had been allotted in the original estimate. It was obvious the the first order of business was to complete the project to the customer's satisfaction, do an appropriate cleanup, and present final charges consistent with the initial estimate. That was done, and the charge for the project was as estimated. This company and its personnel are first-rate, and I recommend them without reservation.
