About us

We have been in business since 2001, serving central Iowa. We started as a roofing only contractor. However, at the request of our clients, we have expanded to become a full service exterior remodeling company. This includes; siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters! We frequently work with our clients on insurance claims. We offer maintenance deals. We also offer financing options with third party vendors. We are a Certified Owens Corning contractor and Certified GAF contractor. Our team is trained regularly through our manufacturer's programs. Our team is also trained and certified through the InterNachi Home Inspector Program. We have been honored with the Super Service Awards through Angie's List from 2014- 2018. Description of Work: They replaced two pipe boots and replaced the shingles around new pipe boot. Caulked exposed nail heads. I had paid for the "roof tune-up" and the gentleman that came out was prompt, friendly and professional. He inspected my roof and determined that it did not need replacing at this time, however he noted (with pictures) that I had a few minor repairs that needed to be done (replace pipe boots) He explained in detail how to prolong the life of my roof. I asked him to draw up a bid to get the few issues repaired. My final cost was what he had in the bid.

Description of Work: They responded to an Amazon Local coupon, and agreed to not only clean my gutters, but also install my own screened-gutter guards for an additional fee. They were efficient, more than friendly and helpful, and accommodating in every way. Cleaned up and drove away!
