About us

We have been in business since 2001, serving central Iowa. We started as a roofing only contractor. However, at the request of our clients, we have expanded to become a full service exterior remodeling company. This includes; siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters! We frequently work with our clients on insurance claims. We offer maintenance deals. We also offer financing options with third party vendors. We are a Certified Owens Corning contractor and Certified GAF contractor. Our team is trained regularly through our manufacturer's programs. Our team is also trained and certified through the InterNachi Home Inspector Program. We have been honored with the Super Service Awards through Angie's List from 2014- 2018. Description of Work: Started with Angie's List deal for gutter cleaning, added "roof tuneup" suggested by firm's owner. Also asked for quote on some gutter repair. Quote was acceptable, so added that to the list. Work done on time and acceptable. When repair gutter leaked, owner promptly sent repair men twice to correct the problem. I'm happy with the job.

Description of Work: They did a roof inspection. It went just fine. The person who came to look at it was very professional, polite, and right on time. I won't be using them for additional work because they were quite a bit more expensive than some other companies I received quotes from.

We are also implementing photo verification for gutter cleanings in addition to repairs for our homeowners. Gutter maintenance is recommended twice a year, this is influenced by surrounding environments, such as large deciduous trees that can clog the gutters and downs very easily in the fall. Description of Work: Checked my roof for leaks. Had a leak in the past and had called a different company but it never was fixed and the price was much higher. Description of Work: Inspection was performed using a hand held thermal imaging device. I was promised a follow-up written report within 2 weeks. I called once to remind them to send the report. It is now 40 days and still no report.

Thank you for your feedback. I wanted to take a moment to hopefully clear a few things up. Your purchase was for a gutter cleaning through Angie's List. Unless your gutters or downspouts were extremely clogged, there would not be an additional invoice. When our scheduler leaves the office, she forwards our office line to her cell phone so that she can still answer phone calls. There are times when she is busy and is not able to answer and times where she may be on the phone with another client, and there are other times where our office line is busy and so she returns phone calls from her cell phone. Again, we always appreciate feedback so we can learn from our shortcomings and improve our service levels for our clients. Description of Work: The person who quoted the work was sufficient. The person the sent to do the work was not. In fact he said he would come back after lunch and didn't return. The work wasn't completed and he didn't work for 4 hours.
