Description of Work: They were very punctual and professional. They put the gutter covers on very quickly. They were expensive and I find that the rain still just spills over onto the deck for the most part. I did request them to attach the downspouts properly to the gutters which they did on the same day. It's mostly the system which doesn't please me so much. The service was excellent.

Description of Work: Action Roofing and Construction sealed a roof leak. They also did ceiling repair caused by the leak. Overall the project went well.

Description of Work: I( bought an Angie's List special for a roof inspection. I thought my roof was in pretty good shape but wanted to be sure. He called and asked if he could come early as he was in the neighborhood, which I liked. he was very professional and explained everything. He took photos, which he will e-mail me with his report. He made a couple of suggestions but no pressure what so ever. I will use him again if I need roof or gutter things done.

Description of Work: Fixed a few leaks in the roof that were caused by improper ventilation. Sealed and shingled over some vents / removed ridge vent. Repair looks seamless from the ground. No further leaks experienced to date.

Description of Work: I was very happy with the service, I would recommend them to anyone!!. I got all my questions answered and they did an awesome job getting the work done before it rained. I was so happy with them taking the time and explaining other issues that would eventually need to be fixed. The process went smooth and if I had a questioned it was answered right away. Description of Work: These guys are now our go-to roofers and general house people. They were extremely patient and explained what was going on with our roof, did a very thorough job investigating and gave a reasonable quote. We had a number of people out to look at the leak and Action roofing was the easiest to schedule and the best to work with.

Description of Work: When the representative came to look at the job, I showed him two windows that needed to be fixed. I explained that a previous contractor had looked at it and gave me an estimate but never showed up to do the work. He agreed and said they could do the work for approximately the same amount. When the workers showed up they didn't seem to know what to do and it was difficult to communicate with them. I believed they fixed both windows. A little over a week later, we had a heavy rain and the window leaked into our family room. We contacted them and they were not very helpful. They noted that we hadn't paid our bill. I had just received it five days earlier. I was also told that they only agreed to fix one window. I looked at the estimate and it did not specify how many windows were to be fixed. I reluctantly paid them and wrote them an email expressing my displeasure with the way I was treated. They did not take the time to reply to it. I had to contact another contractor to fix the other window at an additional cost of over $500. Needless to I would not recommend Action Roofing to your clients.

Description of Work: They came out on time and the man was very knowledgeable regarding the shingles type etc. Walked the roof replaced 2 or 3 shingles and sealed up some (Storm was coming). He did some other misc. repairs as well. Recommended having the shingles resealed. It was well worth the money. Highly recommended.
