Electrical Service
The work itself was fine. One retry was needed after inspector requested some changes.
Communication was impossible. When trying to schedule with other contractors, it was very difficult to talk to anyone. If you call the main office, you are told that someone will call you back. Nobody ever calls you back. So if you call again, you get an apology and again someone will call you back. Still no call back. This happened 4 or 5 times over the course of 6 weeks and several times. When I finally did talk to someone, the information I was given about when the work would be done did not turn out to be accurate.
The work was good enough quality, and I would be willing to use them again if I am on a project that does not require coordination or have timing constraints.
Staff were professional and knowledgeable when on location.
