 + 4 moreThis project is nearly complete and has been a wonderful experience. Steve is great to work with, very knowledgeable, works to high standards, and works very quickly. Other people he's brought in have been at that same standard. Wonderful to work with. Steve came in after my catastrophe with a previous contractor. He knew just what to do and helped me choose materials and solutions. He let me know when things would be needed, where good materials might be found, and even went with me to advise on purchases and used his own truck to help transport materials. I think my home will be a beautiful showplace when it's all done.
Description of Work: Home is 70' x 35' ranch with attached garage and walkout at the back of lower level. Around 3,600 sq ft overall rehab area. Complete interior remodel. New hardwood floors, ceramic tile in kitchen & baths, kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, 3 toilets, two tub-showers, all 18 windows replaced, lots of drywall replacement, ceramic tile in entire lower level. Steve and and a couple of extra workmen he brings in from time to time have been working on an hourly basis and I buy all the materials. We set it up this way because we weren't sure, going in, how much we'd wind up doing. Labor to date has been $13,500.00 and there is maybe another $3,000 to go. The rest ($41,500) has been materials and supplies.
