I needed my snow blower "tuned up" so it would run. They claim they adjusted the carburetor, drained out the old fuel, and put in a spark plug. Now, it won't run except under nearly full choke. The dirt on the carburetor under the cover (when I removed it) shows no sign of anyone touching the carburetor. Basically, they charged me 130 bucks to change the spark plug, and never even checked to see if their work did any good. Last it took the an extremely long time to get to my job (they had my snow blower over a month.
