They are incredibly friendly, they are honest, they are punctual and they walk you through everything that they do or are going to do so there are no surprises when the bill comes. The boiler they put in was no easy feat and the plumbing portion of what they did is really a work of art. They come back yearly to inspect the system and to make sure it is in proper working order and I believe them to be highly competent and honest. I would highly recommended them for any and all of your HVAC needs.
Description of Work: I have used them in the past to replace an old boiler with a high efficiency one and they did a masterful job. This time they diagnosed and fixed my son's AC unit and they diagnosed and fixed my water heater.

Description of Work: I contacted Prybil Heating and Air Conditioning to request an estimate for replacement of my furnace and air conditioner. They took much longer than other companies to provide the estimate and the total project was much more expensive than similar quotes. I realize that different products affect the ultimate cost, but it was out of my range to have the services provided by them. | |

Im sorry that the bid came in higher than others. Having been familiar with your family and the high expectations I placed upon myself and my crew to do a prefect job in hard working conditions, the bid might have been high. But I know the quilty of work that would have been done. This is an unfair review that is brought up 8 months after the fact.

We've had Prybil Heating and Air come out to our house multiple times. They are quick to schedule us and arrive on time for every appointment. It doesn't take long for him to figure out what's wrong and fix it. We had to order a new fan for our furnace, but it arrived quickly and he installed it right away. However, we realized after getting quotes for new ductwork that they are more expensive than others in the area.
