Parceros Construction LLC did a beautiful job painting the standing seam metal roof on our historic house. The previous paint job on the roof was an experimental vinal which blistered. It looked horrible, and the old paint needed to be scraped off before it could be replaced. Parceros workers were thorough, conscientious, and thoughtful. With work on a metal roof being done in the heat of the summer, I was very pleased when the office contacted me to ask if we objected to having the men work early mornings and late evening to avoid the dangers of excessive heat exposure. This type of care for the health and wellbeing of the employees is a sign of top-down excellence that I believe results in fine work.

Parceros was responsive to my unique situation - they came on a Sunday to review the project. I received an estimate quickly which was a wonderful value. The work was done professionally and completed quickly. A beautiful job and such kind and understanding people. I am exceptionally pleased with this job and already have other projects scheduled with this construction company.

Not only did we find a great contractor but made new friends. I was very happy to find someone to get some repairs and painting done before winter. Very satisfied with the job. We will hire again for more repair and painting. Laura and Orlando were a delight to work with.

I think it went very, very well. I was impressed with their prompt responsiveness and getting to the work promptly as well (we scheduled it for a week later, unheard of in my experience with other things since 2020). Very professional. Covered my downstairs neighbor's deck and trailing with drop cloths to catch sanding dust and any drips. Friendly, really easy to work with. Did a great job. I love it.

absolutely fantastic team. highly professional. on time. accurate estimate. got started earlier than expected-moved us up in the schedule. on site team was extremely polite, respectful, neat. they arrived on time each day, cleaned up any messes, communicated well, answered questions. came on last day to follow through putting things back on the house, finishing up any tiny detail work, and overall did a fantastic job. Will 100% hire again for interior painting, any roofing, or other work that thier team could provide. 100% recommend to family AND friends.

I'm very pleased with the work done. I was not able to be present as I live in a different state. They kept me updated with photos of the progress. My elderly father was present and was very impressed with how fast the job was done and the quality of the work. The also went beyond the job by assisting my father get rid the unnecessary things and brush around house. This company takes pride in their work.

Amazing family owned business that was a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond. Roof, gutters and a detailed paint job (+repairs) to an old Victorian house, all done in a week! We will hire them again without hesitation!!
