+ -1 moreThey were responsive and made an appointment to do the work. Later they called to change the time since they were having a conflict, but that was fine and they were polite about it. The worker would have been on time but couldn't find our place. He did call and I directed him. Their work was done well and I was pleased with it.
Description of Work: We moved into a new house and wanted extra electrical outlets in a storage area, plus replacing a stubborn light bulb in a bathroom vent. The new outlets were a little difficult since there were no other lines in that room.

Description of Work: I had a problem with a light not working at all. The nice gentleman came when they said he would (the person setting up the appointment was very nice and professional as well), assessed the problem and fixed it within the space of 15 minutes or so. Great! Now I could move on with my day. Several days after that, I got a thank you in the mail as well as a coupon for a local restaurant. Don't hesitate to use Olney Electric!!
