I don't understand the difficulty in returning a phone call. If they don't want the job or cannot do the job, letting us know that seems to be common courtesy.

Mike was very helpful and professional. He stayed on budget and when there was an issue with spouts, had it corrected within a week. He responded to all of my questions, even after installation was complete. I would highly recommend them!

It went very well. They were just fine and great people. It was great. There were no leaks and no anything. It's a wind resistant and hail resistant. It should last for 50 years. I never need to replace it. I never have to worry about it again. Their price was on the expensive side.

Metal Monsters was a pleasure to deal with. They do have a very expensive product so you have to keep that in mind, but we wanted a roof that was much more permanent than what you get with regular shingles. The product looks great. The company kept us on an email list that they sent out periodically so we could see where we were in the queue and could anticipate when they would be on site doing our roof. Once they got started the process went really fast. They cleaned up the site very nicely. We would definitely use them again.

I left them a voice mail on July 18th with all of my contact info and house address, but they never responded or quoted. Since I contacted 7 subcontractors, and 4 responded with quotes, I decided not to make additional attempts to contact this company.

They said our house would wear out before the roof would wear out. We are quite happy with our roof. We also have screens beneath the overhang that would let air into the roof. They took the time to clean those out as well. We even got some neighborhood interest and another family did end up using them as well. They were orignally recommended to me by another company we used for our windows. We should never have to replace the roof.

The sales and installation staff are very professional The owner is wonderful. I would highly recommend Metal Monsters. They gave us an estimate very quickly and were able to install within a few weeks (sooner than "normal"). This business is wonderful. They are on the cutting edge with best products. In fact, our roof blends very nicely in the neighborhood. At quick glance, it looks very similar to traditional asphalt shingles, which is an added bonus. Heating bills have gone down witht he new roof, and insurance costs also went down. If you intend to be in your house for a decade or more, I would encourage you to get an setimate from Metal Monsters. It may be cheaper in the long run!!!

My roof had been roofed 12 years earlier with 30 year asphalts that failed. Metal Monsters contacted one of their contracts and arranged to shift jobs so that my roof could be put on almost immediately. They arrived on one day and tore the old shingles off, put new roof paper and thermal barrier on and put most of the roof on. The next day they finished the roof and cleaned up. They were very professional and helpful. The roof looked great.

They did a fantastic job for the money. It could be more expensive than a regular roof, but it's going to last for a 100 years. I have a 100 year warranty so it can't beat that. They were very quick and if we had any problems they fixed them right away.
