+ -1 moreHe quickly diagnosed the cause over the phone, ordered the part which saved time. He came on time, and finished the job quickly. It needed a new defrost thermometer and that solved the problem. Since it didn't take long to fix, he actually charged me less than the quoted price.

+ -1 moreRandy arrived on time and was here only 15 minutes replacing the pump on my washing machine which is what he had diagnosed as the problem on the phone. He worked quickly, was courteous, and the washing machine has been great ever since. Just today I him come back and fix my dryer and I had the same quality experience. Again, he diagnosed the problem when I spoke to him yesterday (as a worn out fuse) and that is what it was so he was done in 10 minutes this time. He is honest, dependable, and doesn't overcharge at all. I would highly recommend his work.

Description of Work: There was a small clothes dryer repair, an inexpensive part, plus a belt to avoid a future service call. The service call was, of course, the major expense. However, I live in West Branch so there was some distance traveled. I thought that I received an honest, fair, and reasonable charge. I will be a repeat customer in the future if need arises. Overall I very much prefer this repair service which is local and independent. Recommended.
