They were prompt and efficient in checking out a backed up sewer and were able to confirm my suspicion that a city repair and replacement of a main sewer line had cut off our lateral access. They also contacted the city's contractor who had done the sewer work and got him to immediately repair and reconnect our lateral sewer line.

Warnick & Reeves bought out Yeager (so formerly known as Yeager as it was in operation by the new owners for around 5 years before actual name change). Unfortunately our 22 year old unit went out on us during the hottest week yet this summer. We called around for quotes and my initial impression and gut instinct was to chose this company. First off, the person I spoke with, Jack, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I had all my questions ready for him, but didn't need to ask because he addressed them before I could . This was the first company that did this. I actually had to call back other options to ask them questions I didn't think of. Jack came out to give a "to the penny" estimate. I wasn't home, but a family member was able to let him into our house and they were impressed by his friendly and professional manner. The quote I received was in the same ball park as all the others, so, as mentioned above, went with my gut instinct and initial impression. I wasn't disappointed. On the inital call, before the estimate. Jack explained the differences in the efficiencies, what he recommended and why, and the same goes for the 2 product lines they sell/install (Carrier and Payne). He also told me about the rebates we would receive from our electric company as well as the warranty. On installation day (today), they were prompt. Jack came out himself to help get the guys started (2 men) and had the paperwork for me to sign off on. Included was the written estimate in full detail that included the warranty as well as an attached page of the pricing terms and a bulleted list as why they are a good choice (I agree with all their points, see below). BONUS - he had the rebate form already printed out, filled out on his end, had me complete my information, give it back to the installation guys and he mailed it off himself for the rebate to be mailed to us. I was impressed. The installation guys were just as friendly, professional and knowlegable. They were very detailed in the process which included discovering that our circuit breaker wasn't enough to power our unit (probably wasn't working propery for our old one) and they went out to get a new one to fix it. I liked the fact that they covered all their bases to make sure that the installation of the new a/c unit was ready to go at all points needed (furnace, coils, circuit breaker, etc..) Other noteworthy points: - They do not accept payment until the work is done to satisfaction. - Had 3 positive references from family and friends - They also gave us tips on how to maintain our a/c during the year. - I was so impressed, I couldn't wait to put out rave reviews for them Reasons to Buy from Warnick & Reeves 1. Problem was assessed very quickly; parts were made to fit the toilet that was from the 1930s, and installation was very quick and efficient. This individual knew his business!!! This service provider is a KEEPER!!!
Description of Work: I noticed water on the upstairs bathroom floor (infrequently used) and called AHS for service. Within one hour of the call to AHS, I received a call from Yeager Mechanics to schedule, are you ready for this...a same day appointment. The repairman arrived, assessed the problem, said he had to get some parts, left to do so and returned within one hour tops. The repair was to replace the little pipe that runs from the floor to the tank to refill it. He not only replaced the faulty parts but also added a shut off valve that, should there be a leak in the future, will prevent the water from continuing to drip. These parts were installed, the area was cleaned as though no work had been done, and I wrote the check for services.
