THE STONE WORKS LLC

I started by getting bids from a number of granite/stone countertop companies to replace our countertops. Many of them took a few days to respond, one took more than a week to respond to my inquiry. I then contacted The Stone Works LLC. Sarah responded within a few minutes of my inquiry from their website. She was prompt, professional, and more than willing to work around my schedule to come out and take measurements for an estimate. Once the measurements were done I had the estimate in my hand the next day. They were willing to do the work within my timeline, they could do everything that I wanted done (some of which was a bit tricky), and their prices were very, very reasonable. I Ok'd the estimate and made the arrangements to meet at the granite supplier to pick out the slab. Again, Sarah was willing to work around my schedule and meet me whenever it was convenient for me. Once I selected the granite and the sink we worked out templating and installation date. There was a minor delay (of a day) doing the initial installation (the counters and backsplashes are installed in two separate operations), but they let me know ahead of time so it wasn't an issue at all. I've now had over 3 months to live with the work they did, and I couldn't be more pleased. The counters and kitchen look terrific, and their work was second to none. I would not hesitate to use them again, and have already recommended them to friends.
