I called Moody's at 8:15am, and I had a service technician at my house in less than 1 hour. The heat was not working, but the technician was able to fix the problem immediately. Very responsive, very professional. Charged reasonable fee. I will hire this company again.

It went very well. They did a great job. They were here on time. They were very quick but efficient. They overall did a great job and I will definately be calling them again.

I had Moody come to my home in May to check out the A/C for the summer. I felt he did a very good job and he also gave me good ideas to help with the A/C. I called him on Monday the 6th of June and set up an appointment for the next Friday ( 10th of June.) The work was going to cost around $1.000.00. I waited until around 10:30 a.m. on that Friday and hadn't heard any thing so I called him and ask what was wrong. He said he was to busy to do it!! I asked why he hadn't called me and let me know because I made sure that I was going to be here for him to do the work. He said he didn't know why he hadn't called and said he was sorry. He said he would let me know when he could get to it, apparently he didn't write down the appointment because it was set up 4 days earlier. Some one else will get the $1,000.00!! I will not call him back.

They were on time and did a professional job. The cost should have been $69.00 but since I am a customer of Muscatine Power and water there was a $19.00 discount!! He checked everything out and even gave me great ideas on cooling my home better and lowering my electric bill. I am taking his advice and having him do addional work. Good personality and walked me through everything that would help me. I am waiting for him to get back to me on an estimate of the total cost of addional work. Will call him with other work as well.
