They have always provided excellent service. They're very accomodating.

Overall no complaints at this time, however this was the first time at our home. Time will tell how well the pest problem is resolved.

At first, the overall experiance went well. The company was willing to work around my schedule so I could be home and let them in to complete the monthly sprays. The price this company wanted to do the job was a bit higher then others in the area, but I liked the fact that they were willing to work around my days off. To start out with on the first month (May), I was told the gentleman that came would be the same person that would be used for the entire season. I also liked this because then they would be familiar with what needs sprayed or more attention to then others. This never happened however. By the second month, it was a different person and seemed to change around throughout the summer. The service personel varied their service so much. One guy (which I basically call a kid) arrived at my home with muddy boots on and started to walk through my home with these boots on. Never had the courtesy to ask if it would be okay to leave them on. Just assumed it was. Then while he was here, he barely sprayed his wand used with the spray tank on anything. It was like he may as well not even came at all. The only thing accomplished on this visit was a muddy carpet. By the third monthly spray, the service rep was not even showing up on time the day they were scheduled. Was suppose to arrive at 8:00am and would often show up at nearly 10:00am. The August appointment was actually even delayed one week. I got call the night before the August appointment from the service rep explaining he also worked a second job and was called in to work on that job when he was supposed to be at my home spraying. He asked if I could delay the appointment by one week. What the heck! Did I really have a choice. Come on. The last straw came in October when they arrived to spray (and was supposed to do a final spray for Box Elder bugs and Japanese Beetles) but did not. When I asked the service rep about why he did just a normal spray and was leaving so soon, I was told they had "sprayed enough and I wouldn't get any of these bugs around my house". Well, guess what? I did and it was as if this company must have been spraying water if anything at all. What a waste of money on my part. Funny thing is, my contract with this company ended in October. Come the following May on the usual day I would have made the appointment for around 9:00am, my door bell rings and there stands the original service rep back again to spray my home. Needless to say, I turned him away and told him I did not even sign up for this companies service this year and did not ever wish to use there services again. Never did receive a call from anyone in this companys management asking me why or acting as if they even cared. Oh well. I have moved on to a much better company for my home pest extermination.
